To unsubscribe from an email you have a few options…
First, you can navigate to the Subscriptions section of the app and unsubscribe by following these instructions:
- From your inbox, toggle the menu by tapping on the menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Under the Assistant list, tap Subscriptions
- You will see a list of senders you're subscribed to, tap the X icon to unsubscribe
You can also unsubscribe from a sender directly inside the email message itself. If you see an unwanted subscription in your inbox, open the message and tap the Unsubscribe button just below the sender/subject of the email.
Sometimes, an email sender doesn't follow the standard flow for unsubscribing. When this happens, we are unable to give you the option to unsubscribe, and you will not see an Unsubscribe button. In this scenario, we recommend contacting the sender and letting them know their subscription flow is out of date. It's relatively easy to bring up to code, and they can learn more about it here.
