There's only two reasons our app would be sending your messages to the trash:
- You've blocked the sender. Please tap "Settings" from our app menu, and then tap "Blocked Senders" and review the list - you can remove them if you've accidentally added them, don't worry!
- You've unsubscribed from the sender. Please tap "Subscriptions" from our app menu (under the Assistant section.) Once there, tap the "Unsubscribed" tab and review the list. Similarly to blocked senders, you locate an address you've accidentally unsubscribed from, you can re-subscribe right there.
If you're unable locate the senders of the deleted messages in one of the two places above, Edison Mail is not deleting your messages. Please double-check your provider to ensure you don't have any server-side rules in place which are deleting these messages. It's also possible you're using the service unroll.me (or something similar.)
