In order to turn off or turn on the badge count, please follow these steps:
Mobile:
iOS:
- Open the Settings app
- Tap Notifications
- Locate (and tap) the Edison Mail icon (displayed as Email)
- Disable or enable Badges (If you can't see anything, turn on Allow Notifications)
- Close the Settings app and open Edison Mail
- From the menu, tap Settings
- Tap Badge Count
- Enable and disable your badge count as you please. Please note that you can also customize the badge count for every account you have on the app by tapping on Customize for each account.
Android:
Unfortunately badges don't work with every launcher on Android, so we've included a list of supported launchers below. Please note: these launchers may not be compatible with every device.
Supported Android launchers for Email message count badge:

- Xiaomi
- ASUS
- ADW
- APEX
- NOVA
- Huawei
- ZUK
- OPPO
- EverythingMe
- ZTE
Desktop:
macOS:
- Open the System Settings
- Tap Notifications
- Locate (and tap) the Edison Mail icon (displayed as Email)
- Disable or enable Badge application icon
- Open Edison Mail
- Tap Email (located next to the File menu)
- Tap the Notifications tab
- Locate Dock badge count
- You can choose Show Unread Count, Show Total Count, or Hide Badge.
