My mail rules are displaying an error, why?
This error indicates there's an issue with your account(s) which is leading to issues with your mail rules. To resolve this, please disconnect those accounts from our settings page, and then re-add the accounts again.
I’ve tapped a notification for a new message, but I’m only taken to the folder, not the message – why?
Mail rules can be impacted by your internet connection conditions (on your side, as well as your email provider's.) As a result, you may be taken to the folder where this message has been sorted by your mail rules, instead of the message itself. Additionally, the notification for these message(s) may have been sent before the mail rule was run by the app.
If I create a rule, does it work for all my connected email accounts?
Rules are specific to each email account, so you'll need to setup copies of each mail rules per account depending on how you plan to use the feature. That said, you can easily duplicate rule(s) do this via the individual rule page.
