Why should I connect my Amazon account to Edison Mail?
When you connect your Amazon account to Edison Mail, the Smart Assistant in the email app will begin displaying your Amazon purchase order details in the Bills & Receipts and Package Tracking card sections. Never search for the latest updates on your online shopping, Edison Mail will organize the details for you so it’s always fast and easy to find. At this time, Amazon Connect is only supported in the United States.
How do I connect my Amazon account to Edison Mail?
Follow the steps below to connect your Amazon account to Edison Mail.
- With our app open, tap Settings from the menu
- Tap Integrations
- Tap Amazon
- You'll be prompted to login to your Amazon account, and authentication will complete setup.
Please note: after setup, it may take a little while for your account’s purchases to show up in your inbox. If some time has passed and you still cannot locate your purchases in the app, please contact support and we'd be happy to investigate.
How do I remove access to my Amazon account from Edison Mail?
Follow the steps below to remove Edison Mail's access from your Amazon account:
- With our app open, tap Settings from the menu
- Tap Integrations
- Tap Amazon
- Select Disconnect My Account.
