How do I add a description or sender name to my accounts?

Mobile:

1. From the app menu, tap Settings
2. Tap the account that you would like to create a nickname for
3. Tap Description (or Sender Name.)

Desktop:

1. Tap the Email menu (located next to the File menu)
2. Tap Settings
3. Tap the Accounts tab
4. Tap the account that you would like to create a nickname for
5. Tap Description (or Sender Name.)
