The following could contribute to issues creating and/or downloading your Email Backup:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) outage
- Network connection issues with your internet connection or device
- Use of a VPN – please try disabling VPN if you're having problems, as use of a VPN may interfere with Edison Mail's ability to send/receive message(s) or perform other actions
- Email forwarding is already in use for another email account/address
- Other various conditions out of Edison Mail's control
- Too much time has elapsed since your Email Backup was sent to you – download links are only available/valid for one (1) hour from the time they are sent
