Users can request an export of their data by following the instructions below.
Mobile:
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap Manage Privacy
- Tap Export Data
- Tap Continue to Export
- Select/confirm which email address the exported data will be sent to, and tap Continue
- Review the connected accounts included in the data export, confirm/enable the warning dialogue box, then tap Export My Data.
Desktop:
- Tap the Email menu (located next to the File menu)
- Tap Settings
- Tap the Privacy tab
- Tap Export My Data
- Review the connected accounts included in the data export, confirm/enable the warning dialogue box, then tap Export My Data.
