If you're interested in manually saving your message as a draft that you can access later, follow these steps:
Mobile:
- From the main screen, tap the blue and white pencil icon in the bottom right corner
- Make sure at least one of the To, Cc/Bcc, or Subject fields are filled out
- Once you're ready to save the email as a draft for later, tap Cancel in the top left-hand corner of the app
- You'll be prompted to save or delete the draft – tap Save Draft.
Desktop:
- From the main screen, tap the Compose button (top-left corner)
- Make sure at least one of the To, Cc/Bcc, or Subject fields are filled out
- Once you're ready to save the email as a draft for later, tap the red X button (top-left corner)
- A draft will be automatically saved to your Drafts folder.
NOTE: If the Edison Mail app is killed/closed, your draft should be recovered and available.
