You can easily mark and move a message to the Spam folder by following these steps.
Please Note: While our app allows you to move messages to the Spam folder, we do not have the ability to improve or teach your email provider's servers how to handle future messages from these senders – you'll need to consult your provider's documentation for instructions on how to more effectively improving your spam filters on the server's side…
Mobile:
- To mark a single message as spam, tap … in the upper-right corner of the message
- (iOS) Tap Mark as Spam and the message will be moved to your Spam folder.
- (Android) Tap Spam and the message will be moved to your Spam folder.
- To mark multiple messages as spam at once, tap (and hold) any message from the list view
- Tap (and select) the messages you wish to mark as spam
- (iOS) Tap Mark as Spam and the messages will be moved to your Spam folder.
- (Android) Tap Spam and the messages will be moved to your Spam folder.
- Tap (and select) the messages you wish to mark as spam
Desktop:
- To mark a single message as spam, tap … in the upper-right corner of the message
- (macOS): Tap Mark as Spam.
- To mark multiple messages as spam at once, tap (and select) any message from the list view
- (macOS): Tap … and then tap Mark as Spam.
