How do I delete messages?

Follow the steps below to delete messages:

Method 1:

Mobile:

1. Tap (and hold) any message in the messages list
2. Select the messages you wish to delete individually, or tap Select All (on Android, tap the circle icon in the top-left corner)
3. Tap the trash can icon in the middle of the icons at the bottom of the screen.

Desktop:

1. Tap any message in the messages list
2. Select the messages you wish to delete individually, or tap Select All at the bottom of the screen
3. Tap the trash can icon in the middle of the icons at the bottom of the screen.

Method 2:

Mobile:

1. For this method you can elect swipe action in your settings to delete your message (the app default is long swiping left on a message)
2. If you wish to change which swipe action deletes messages, please consult the app settings under Swipe Options.

Desktop:

1. For this method you can elect swipe action in your settings to delete your message (the app default is long swiping left on a message)
2. If you wish to change which swipe action deletes messages, please consult the app settings under Email>Settings>Customize Actions.

Method 3:

Mobile:

1. This method is used when you are deleting a message you currently have open
2. Tap the trash can icon at the bottom of the screen.

Desktop:

1. This method is used when you are deleting a message you currently have open
2. Tap the trash can icon at the top of the screen.
