The default address is the your email account/address which Edison Mail automatically sends from when you compose a new message*. You can change your default address by following these steps.
Mobile:
- From the menu, tap the Settings
- Tap Default Address, then select the account/address you would like to use as your default (for Android, tap the desired account, then check Default Address.)
Desktop:
- Tap the Email menu (located next to the File menu)
- Tap the General tab
- From the Email header, tap the Send new mail from drop-down menu and choose your desired account.
*This setting only applies to new messages you compose, it will not apply to replies you send (which will default to the account the messages were addressed to.)
