Please follow the instructions below to create new mailboxes (folders) in Edison Mail:
Mobile:
iOS:
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap the account you wish to create a folder for
- Tap Folder Manager and then press the + in the upper-right corner
- Name your folder, and then choose the location below
- When you're done, tap Save in the upper-right corner.
Android:
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap the account you wish to create a folder for
- Tap Folder Manager and then press the + in the upper-right corner
- Name your folder, and then choose the location below
- When you're done, tap Save in the upper-right corner.
Desktop:
macOS:
- Right click anywhere on the menu
- Tap Edit Menu
- Tap New Folder… (or New Label…)
- Select the account you wish to create this folder for and then tap Create New
- Name the folder and tap Done.
