Please follow the instructions below to create new mailboxes (folders) in Edison Mail:
iOS Users:
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Tap "Settings" at the bottom of the menu
- Tap the account you wish to create a folder for
- Tap "Folder Manager" and then press the "+" in the upper-right corner
- Name your folder, and then choose the location below
- When you're done, tap "Save" in the upper-right corner.
Android Users:
- Tap the menu icon in the upper-left corner
- Tap "Settings" at the bottom of the menu
- Tap the account you wish to create a folder for
- Tap "Folder Manager"
- Tap the "+" icon in the upper-right corner
- Select a parent folder, and then type a name for the folder
- When you're done, tap "Save" in the upper-right corner.
macOS Users:
- Right click anywhere on the menu
- Tap "Edit Menu"
- Tap "New Folder…"
- Select the account you wish to create this folder for and then tap "Create New"
- Name the folder and tap "Done."
