If your messages are missing from the "Sent" folder, please try these instructions:
Determine if you have another/hidden "Sent" folder:
- Open Edison Mail
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap the account where you're sending these (missing) messages from
- Scroll down and tap Manage Folders – is there a second "Sent" folder? If so, please tap/delete that folder, and then send new test message(s) – are they now found in the "Sent" folder in our app's menu?
Check the "Sent" folder on your provider's webmail:
- Outside of Edison Mail, log in to your email account on the web (ex: gmail.com, icloud.com, yahoo.com, etc)
- Locate/open your "Sent" folder – are the missing messages found there?
If you've tried the instructions above and they aren't helpful in locating these messages, please contact support with more information and we can troubleshoot.
