Your signature appears at the bottom of your emails you send. In order to create your own signature, follow these steps:
Mobile:
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap Signature
- Enter the text you would like to have appear in your signature in the box. You can choose to use the same signature for all email accounts or have a different one for each email account. This is done by enabling or disabling Customize Per Account at the top of the page.
Desktop:
- Tap the Email menu (located next to File menu)
- Tap the Signatures tab
- Enter the text you would like to have appear in your signature in the box. You can choose to use the same signature for all email accounts or have a different one for each email account.
