If your password has changed or your account has lost connection, you can reconnect by following the instructions below. As a reminder, these are the supported account types in Edison Mail.
Mobile:
- Open the Edison Mail app
- From the app menu, tap Settings
- Tap the account in question
- At the bottom of the page, tap Reconnect Account.
Desktop:
- Open the Edison Mail app
- Tap the Email menu (located next to the File menu)
- Tap Settings
- Tap the Accounts tab
- Tap the account in question
- At the bottom of the page, tap Re-authenticate Account.
