Please try the following troubleshooting steps for account disconnection issues (or issues reconnecting your account):
- Instead of tapping the "offline" disconnection banner, make note of the account, and then tap Settings from the menu
- Locate the account you're receiving that banner/error for, and tap it
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap Log Out (or Delete Account), then confirm
- From the previous Settings screen, tap + Add Account and then re-add that account you removed.
After taking these steps, are you unable to reconnect your account? If so, please contact our support team with a description of the issue, including the following:

- The full email address for your impacted account
