If you're encountering a "Reconnect" banner and your email account password isn't being accepted, please try the following steps:
- Tap Settings from the menu
- Locate the account in question and tap it
- Scroll to the bottom of the page, and tap Log Out, then confirm
- From the previous Settings screen, tap Add Account and then re-add the account you removed.
After taking these steps, does the banner return? If so, send us a detailed description of the issue by submitting a request (top-right corner.)
